8 Days Tanzania Luxury Safari

Day 2

Tarangire National Park

This is the first day of your wildlife luxury safari and after breakfast your Safari driver-guide willvdrive you to Tarangire National Park. You will cross the Masai Steppe with some beautiful scenic views before you reach Tarangire. You will check in at Tarangire Treetops Lodge in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon you will have a game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight is at Tarangire Treetops Lodge.

Day 3

Tarangire National Park

If you fancy an early game drive at sunset you go for one before returning to the lodge for breakfast. This day will be spent at Tarangire National Park with the options to do a full day game drive with picnic lunch or do morning and sunset game drives with a break for lunch and relaxation at the lodge. This is a private safari and it is flexible for you to decide what you wish to do. Apart from game drives, other optional activities at Tarangire include visiting a Masai village to see the way of life of these incredible nomadic tribesmen who have defied westernization and still live with their ancient lifestyle and traditions. You will get to learn more about their culture and their way of life. Other activities include bush walks with the Masai warriors (morans) or a walking safari inside the park with an armed ranger. Overnight at Tarangire Treetops Lodge.

Day 4

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park and check-in at Lake Manyara Tree Lodge. After lunch you will go for a game drive big number of wildlife and hippos at the lakeside.Lake Manyara is a small beautiful lush green park at the base of the Great Rift Valley and it is the home of the legendary tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Tree Lodge.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater

This day you have an early breakfast and depart to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have a brief stopover at the rim of the Crater to have some of the best views over the floor of the Crater. You will descend to the Crater floor and continue with game viewing. Picnic lunch at the Hippo poolside picnic site. You will get to the rim of the Crater at around 6.00pm. Overnight is at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

Day 6

Serengeti National Park

Depart from Ngorongoro in the morning after breakfast and drive to the famous Serengeti National Park where you will spend the next two days. You have a chance to visit the Olduvai Gorge on the way and a Masai Boma if you wish ( at extra cost). After lunch you will have an afternoon game viewing drive. Overnight at Serengeti Migration Camp.

Day 7

Full day in Serengeti National Park

This day will be spent enjoying the endless plains of the Serengeti National Park the home to the Great Wildebeests Migration. Serengeti is also famous for its supremacy in animals and birdlife. You expect to see a lot of big game and small game as well as the cats. On this day you can have a full day out with picnic lunch or do morning and sunset game drives with a break for lunch and relaxing at the Camp. Overnight at Serengeti Migration Camp.

Day 8

Back to Arusha and depart

Breakfast at the Camp then check out and drive to Seronera Airstrip, amid game drives for your flight back to Arusha town where you will be met by our Safari Manager who will spend some time with you at Shanga River House Restaurant for lunch and post-safari debriefing. Depending on your schedule you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for the departure flight.
